A SandalFix accessory is available to allow users to securely wear open heel footwear, such as sandals, by securely attaching the heel of the foot cover to the sandal.

Characteristics
User Removable Foot Cover
An easy-to-use snap-on foot cover gives users the ability to quickly remove the cover for cleaning. The foot cover features internal grooves that allow water to drain through an opening at the back. Additionally, the sole has a textured and grooved surface to provide extra grip on wet surfaces.
Pre-load Technology
The foot’s top blade is compressed during assembly, giving the foot a defined pre-load equal to more than 30% of adjusted to the user's weight. The pre-compression, in combination with the moving contact point of the top blade, enables an exceptional range of great performance.
Full length toe lever
The full-length keel/toe lever matches the length of the sound foot, giving a smoother, symmetrical gait.
Multi-axial ground compliance
Multi-axial compliance of the foot provides improved ground contact during ambulation on uneven surfaces.
Sandal toe
Narrow, anatomically correct foot cover for use with a sandal toe shoe.
Split toe
A split toe feature allows the foot to adjust to the surface below, allowing amputees to walk naturally on uneven ground.

Whether it's fresh water, salt water or chlorinated water, Waterproof Össur products will give you the maximum protection you need.
